We use your information to create and manage your account; match you with suitable SEN services professionals; process bookings, payments, and course purchases; provide customer support; and improve our Service.
3. Data Minimisation
We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our Service. Parent profiles store child age in months, general location, and consent flags — no more. Children cannot create accounts, and the Service is not directed at children under the age of consent.
4. Sharing of Information
Profiles of SEN services professionals are visible to parents using the Service. We share limited booking details with the professionals you book. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, and we restrict access to personal data to authorised personnel only.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, or as required by law.
