These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Phos Family Childcare Consulting platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, booking a session, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service connects families with SEN services professionals (tutors and professionals), offers online learning courses, and facilitates bookings and payments between users. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your details up to date.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed through the Service and payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By confirming a booking you agree to pay the applicable fees. All prices are displayed before you confirm your booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur fees at the discretion of the professional or the platform. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Professionals and Vetting
All SEN services professionals are subject to background checks and credential verification before approval. While we take care to verify professionals, they are independent service providers and not employees of Phos. We do not guarantee the conduct or performance of any professional.
7. Online Courses
Purchasing an online course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for the applicable access period. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute course content without permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with the platform or its data, submitting false information, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phos Family Childcare Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any session, course, or booking arranged through it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
